Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our webshop.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by Maaike Kleedt at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
All sales through this site are subject to the Trade Practice of 14 July 1991.

The e-commerce site maaikekleedtonline.be and maaikekleedt.be are online sites beloning to ERNEST BVBA, whose registered office is at Zuivelbrugstraat 8-9000 Gent, Belgium, Europe.

The description and price of the products.
Each product on this site has as accurate as possible a description of the main characteristics of the given products.
Maaike Kleedt can not guarantee that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Maaike Kleedt strives to display the correct text, images and pricing on webshop, errors may occur. Maaike Kleedt may at any time amend the content of maaikekleedtonline.be and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch schould we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
 
Prices
In the webshop prices are displayed for each item. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include VAT at 21%. Shipping costs will be added to your order at the checkout. Please view the shipping section below for shipping charges.
 
Acceptance of the order
Maaike Kleedt is only bound by an order once it has been confirmed by Maaike Kleedt by email or after. Maaike Kleedt is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All product information, price setting an order information remain at all times subject to possible changes and corrections.
 
Delivery
The delivery times specified by Maaike Kleedt are only indicative. Late delivery gives you no right to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to terminate the agreement, unless the transfer of the delivery is such that can not reasonably be expected that leaves you in the agreement. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement if necessary. Responsibility for delivery addresses error transmitted entirely by the Purchaser and may incur additional charges. In case of non-delivery of the goods, any amount paid by the Buyer shall be refunded without interest or other compensation. 

Complaints
Complaints must, to be in writing to Maaike Kleedt through maaike@maaikekleedt.be- In case of complaint for non-conforming delivery, within seven (7) days of order. - In case of hidden defects, seven (7) days after discovery of the defectIn this written communication you must define the damage and to demonstrate through a picture.

Guarantee
The guarantee of Maaike Kleedt limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the guarantee regarding consumer purchases, as stipulated in the Civil Code. Maaike Kleedt is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Maaike Kleedt is not liable for any indirect damages of any kind, possibly suffered by the Buyer. 

Renunciation
The consumer has the right to inform the company that he abandons the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service agreement. If the consumer invokes this right, he must return the goods in original condition and packaging at his own risk and expense to Maaike Kleedt, Zuivelbrugstraat 8, 9000 Ghent Belgium. We therefore recommend that you do this with a securshipping so your package is insured for a loss. Each return must be registered to maaike@maaikekleedt.beNot Return shipments will not be accepted. The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.
Only undamaged products that reach us in original packaging and in unaltered, original normal condition as sent, are eligible for reimbursement. If the products do not reach us in this state, can not be claimed right to return. In that case, you will be informed by e-mail informed, and you can leave on payment of postage to return your products.
Products in sales can never be exchanged or refunded.
Not previously requested returns or unstamped returns are not accepted !!!

Force Majeure
Maaike Kleedt can not be held liable for any delays in implementation or non-implementation of our commitments because of events outside the control of Maaike Kleedt. Included in this are: difficulties or shortages of raw materials, interruption or permanent suspension of production, strikes, lockouts, any other form of work stoppages or collective labor disputes, energy or transport or delays in transport, which Maaike Kleedt and / or suppliers of Maaike Kleedt touch, even if these events are foreseeable. It does not take immediate action against a failure of the Purchaser, may be considered under any circumstances as a waiver of Maaike Kleedt to rely on later this shortcoming.

Personal

Applicable law
All agreements with Maaike Kleedt are governed by Belgian law. All disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Belgium.

FAQ/EXCHANGE
Can I exchange my items at the store?
You can get your ordered (online) or purchased (in the shop) products
within 10 days of receipt exchange in one of our shops on presentation
your confirmation email. You will receive a voucher in exchange for
the same amount.
Which rules apply to trade?
Articles are always accepted if they are unused and,
As far as possible, wrapped in the original packaging. We expect the
tethered price tag or sticker.
What does Maaike Kleedt with my data?
We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and we 
ensure that your data is treated confidentially. we give no data to third parties
How do I place an order on www.maaikekleedtonline.be?
To place an order, follow these steps:
1. Add one or more items to your shopping cart on your screen
Click the 'Add to cart'.
2. Check your order in your order summary. Select the way
you wish to pay and click 'Checkout'.
3. Enter your details and tick the box 'ship items to the above billing address' on. Also if you want to pick up your order.
4. Click 'Continue to next step'
5. Tick here if you want to pick up your order at our shop or
to your adress.
6. Select whether you want to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
7. Click on "Complete my purchase."
8. Enter the payment online or in payment by bank transfer.
9. Your order is placed, you will receive within a few minutes
a confirmation by email.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order only if you have not paid. 
Once your order is paid, you can not change it.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is paid, you can not change it.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange.
I have not received a confirmation email?
It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your junk mail. If you can’t find the mail there please don’t hesitate to contact us maaike@maaikekleedt.be
How can a product be sold out of if you ordered it anyway?
After your order is selected the articles will be immediately 
reserved for you. Unfortunately, there can be stock error by computer programm. Also, it may occur that items are damaged, so that delivery is not possible. So your
order can not be fully delivered. We will inform you as soon as
possible by e-mail and we put a possible refund in motion.
 
Delivery
How do I know if my order arrives?
If your order is delivered at home and you're
not at home, then a note will be left by Bpost as evidence
of the first delivery attempt. Bpost will present you the package again.
The day after you package will be collectable in the local mail office.
You can also pick up your package in the shop. 
What are the delivery options and delivery times?
We aim to deliver your goods a day after receipt of order within Belgium. However, note the following standard delivery times.
BENELUX BPOST 3-5 days
FRANCE / UK / GERMANY BPOST 4-6 business days
OTHER ON REQUEST
My order was delivered incomplete.
Sometimes it can be that a transmission is wrong by default. In that case,

 Possibly the email ended up in your junk mail.
Find Your email is still not back, then go back to our webshop
and make sure the order is placed. State your order is not in
the list? Place your order again.
 By bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email
when the amount is on our account.
 
Shipping Information
 
For the delivery of your order, you can obtain for delivery to a given address (your home, work or other) via Bpost. 
Currently, we deliver within Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, United States, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. 
DELIVERY VIA BPOST
When opting for delivery to an address, you can easily add or edit an address each time you place an order. This means it is perfectly possible to have one order sent to your home and the next to your workplace, for example.
The following rates apply:
 Belgium : €7.50
The Netherlands - Luxembourg - France - United Kingdom - Germany - Austria : €10
United States - Finland - Denmark - Norway - Sweden : €15

Delivery Periods
We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
For deliveries in France, Germany and Austria, the delivery period is is between 3 and 7 days.
Please note that an order placed at the weekend will only be processed on Monday. During busy periods, such as the end of the year or during the sales, delivery may take a little longer.
 
Retours
 
Did your item arrive and you are simply not happy with the purchase?
Please return the item(s) back to us.
We are more than happy to fix the problem.

Retours can be made within 14 days after receiving the purchase.
Calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product in your capacity as a customer. This applies for all products.
 Within one week after receiving the retour, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the retour and offer a solution. This applies for all products.
A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:
It must be in the exact same condition as received.
It must be complete.
 
Returns
To return a product, the customer should send an e-mail to
maaike@maaikekleedt.be to explain the reason the return.
When both parties agree, the customer can send the product at his charge. 
If the product is returned because Maaike Kleedt made a mistake (size, reference, color…),
Maaike Kleedt is committed to refund the delivery costs and to send a new product at its charge.
The customer can also ask for a complete refund of the order.
 The returned product must be in its original, unworn and in its original packaging. If the concerned product does not respect these conditions, the product will be returned to the customer at his charge.

 It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.
 You can send the package (at your own expense) to: Maaike Kleedt, Zuivelbrugstraat 8, 9000 Ghent, Belgium.
Please note:
 Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused.
You can also return your package at the shop.
This must be made in the following 10 days of  your order. 
Conditions Retours will only be accepted when: The item is unworn Tags must still be attached  The item hasn't been washed, damaged or altered in any way  Within 10 days after receivement of purchase
